Federal and State law requires all firearms be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Lawful persons are allowed to have firearms purchased online shipped to a vaild FFL holder for transfer in the state that they are a current legal resident. This includes complete firearms or serialized frames or receivers.
Upon placing order buyer is responsible for completing, or having the FFL complete, ALL the following information:
Valid Copy of the receiving dealer's Federal Firearms License (PDF or JPG format)
FFL Contact Information:
- Responsible Person’s First/Last Name
-Premise Address
-Phone Number or Email
Customer Contact Information:
- First/Last Name
- Phone or Email
- Order Number
SDS Arms will not ship the order until the information is provided via the online contact form or email by the customer or FFL. Orders will be cancelled and a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price and full return shipping charges will be assessed for all orders missing required information after 7 business days from order confirmation date, or cancelled order due other reasons to include:
- Buyer Cancels Order for Any Reason.
- FFL refused transfer based on local laws prohibiting purchase of firearm(s).
- Firearm Returned due to NICS Denial

Due to various Federal, State and Local laws WE DO NOT currently ship firearms to: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington State and Washington, DC.
