High Quality 1911
This was the first TIsas I purchased back in December. Changed the plastic grips for Hogue Wraparound rubber grips then went to the range and put 350 rounds thru it without issue. Reminded me of the 1911 I carried over 30 years ago, but also brought back some not so pleasant memories (i.e. tiny blade sights, duck tail grip safety, GI trigger, and GI hammer. Over the past few days I go upgrade parts from Tisas...changing out the trigger for the longer skeletonized version, a beaver tail safety, a skeletonized hammer (said goodbye to hammer bite), and trijicon night sights. Shot another 200 rounds through it today and it was even better. I rate it up there with one of my Springfield Armory 1911s. This is a great pistol if you're looking to get into 1911s without going broke.

Great pistol for the price, hell just a great pistol
gotta say, its pretty damn good. I have a kimber and it shoots almost as well. keep in mind the kimber has custom sights, this pistol has military sights which reduces accuracy. off the bench , its excellent. finish, fit are all excellent. feed ramp is polished perfectly. All I will do is add a wolff spring kit. my usual for stock pistols...
