Other than the roll marks, this is spot on for a GI slide- and the sights are just big enough so you can actually use them unlike the actual GI ones.
I ORDERED THIS PART BECAUSE THE COMPLETE Tisas 1911 A1 US Army PISTOL THAT I GOT, DID NOT HAVE ... "US ARMY" ON THE SLIDE. SO I NOW HAVE A COMPLETE REPLICA OF WHAT I CARRIED IN VIETNAM, AND THE SWITCHING OF THE TWO SLIDES WAS A VERY SIMPLE TASK !
