WARRANTY SERVICE:

 

- If you experience a problem with your firearm or part, you must complete and submit the form below. Please attach photos/videos supporting your claim in the designated field below along with a copy of your driver’s license for all firearm related service

 

- SDS Arms, can ship your repaired firearms directly back to you. If you would like your firearm returned to a firearms dealer instead, please email us a copy of that dealer’s FFL. If you send a firearm to us from an FFL Dealer, we must send it back to an FFL Dealer. **Restrictions may apply based on state and/or local laws.**

 

- If we determine that an inspection/repair is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The shipping label will be emailed directly to the email address you listed, and it will be coming from USPS/UPS/FedEx.Please check your spam folders for this email.

 

- The estimated completion time for part RMA is 30 days from the date we receive the documents. The completion time for firearm RMA is 30 days from the date we receive the firearm. These times may vary.

 

- An automatic email will be sent with the return tracking number so you can appropriately plan for its arrival. Your returned firearm will be shipped back directly to the address shown on your ID with an adult signature. California and New York residents firearms may need returned to an FFL under certain circumstances, we will contact you ahead of time if this applies to your firearm(s).

 

How to ship your firearm:

 

- Ensure your gun and OEM magazines are completely unloaded. **Never return ammunition with your firearm. It is against postal and most commercial shipping carrier policies and regulations.**


- Remove all the after-market accessories. SDS is not responsible for lost or damaged aftermarket accessories, nor will we reimburse any missing items. *If experiencing issues with a brace, you may include it with prior approval but not guaranteed under warranty*


Package them securely in the original hard case/box, if available, then place them in an unmarked cardboard box.
