Great unit. Very rugged and fits well. Light is bright enough for general work, but not too much so. Highly recommended. A must for every serious user of the MAC 5. As an added bonus, it looks good too.

The ultimate mp5 to me requires the light bearing forearm, but has always bothered me that it was impossible to use the tri-lug for a suppressor and forearm simultaneously. Not sure why this was so difficult to be addressed before, but I am ecstatic that not only has it finally been made, but at a great price and it being from the same company that made my mp5 clone. I absolutely love the firearm, and now with matching light forend and suppressor combo has made my lifelong must have a possibility. Thank you MAC. The LMF-Series forearm is fantastic. Great packaging, easy installation, solid build, ease of use, great light output. It is worth every penny. For anyone out there that wanted that classic look coupled with ease of barrel attachments, i highly recommend this.

Finally! I have always loved the SF handguard, it's iconic and gives the nostalgic vibes. However, it's biggest downside is not being able to run a suppressor. It's about time someone stepped up and made it possible. This thing is made tough and I have no doubts that it will stand up to the same abuse that an SF one would, if not more. Super bright and has a focused beam. Color has a blueish hue to it which doesn't bother me, but just be aware of that. Pressure pad is super intuitive and well placed. No major complaints so far. For reference I have an omega 9k using the tri lug adapter and it has plenty of clearance.

Bought this in substitute for a Surefire. Besides the price, what else I liked about this was the spacing between the light and barrel which allows for a supressor. Upon receiving, fit and finish seems good. No wiggle or anything when mounted. The beam is bright enough. It’s not as bright as the Surefire counterpart, but still rather bright with a good width which is nice. The little button to push in and manually cut the light is stiff as it should be. It’s not the sort of thing you want to be able to bump and knock off. My only two complaints are the fact that there is no strobe feature, and the texture is a little smooth. Definitely will be adding some tape for better grip. Overall for the price this an excellent product. It’s simple, and it works.

Amazing and quality construction, I have zero doubts of reliability. Light has great brightness too, and even has a slightly focused beam to use as a point of aim reference like the SAS did with lights. Not sure if that was intentional, but it seems so to me.

The handguard is the same high quality construction as the rest of the gun and fits perfectly. It’s an excellent self defense accessory for the money.

Fit was really nice, handguard looks really good too, took a daytime course with it, even Tho we didn't shoot at night, the handguard held up nicely and definitely gave the MP-5 platform a classic, functional look without breaking the bank so to speak. With the limited rail space on the MP-5, the LMF handguard makes a difference and balances the MP-5 really well. I recommend it for the budget conscience shooter.
