I got one of these thru Impact Arms when they were in stock. Its become my favorite 1911. Love the custom touches like the checkering on the front strap, mag funnel and brass bead front site. The finish is ideal for a 1911 IMO. I was active duty from 79 to 99 in the navy and used the old Colt 1911s. This shoots better than any old Colt I remember. One round in a mag from them was always a flyer. This one is a target pistol by comparison. Crisp trigger and great function. I have about 400 rounds thru mine now. It loves my 200 grain flat nosed reloads, 230 grain ball and even Speer 230 grain HPs. I carry it! I trust it. It shows excellent Tisas quality and my thanks to MAC for getting 1911s made for us enthusiasts!
The grips are kinda fugly but they work. The JSOC as a whole firearm is a keeper. 100% feeding and extraction on the first range trip. Accuracy is good.

This MAC JSOC is an understated professional looking pistol. This gun simply should not be as good as it is at this price point. With the quality of build and parts, the guns fit and finish quite good. With front grip serrations, adjustable rear sight, brass bead front sight, magazine well, the gun lacks nothing. This is a very high quality well equipped 1911, at a very competitive price point. I am very pleased with mine!
