Military Armament Corp is making 3D solid models of the new RA9 Series available as an open-source resource for holster manufacturers and aftermarket developers.
We understand that holster support for a new pistol platform can take time to develop. To help shorten that process, holster makers will be able to download STL files based on our RA9 solid-body models and begin mold development without waiting for a physical sample firearm.
Once initial development has begun, manufacturers that require a physical hard sample to fine-tune fit, retention or mold geometry may reach out to the Military Armament Corp team for additional support.
The RA9 is only the beginning. We plan to expand this program to additional firearms across our product families where aftermarket holster or accessory support may be limited.
Our goal is simple: give manufacturers better access to the tools they need to begin development sooner and help create a stronger aftermarket ecosystem around our firearms.
Holster manufacturers interested in developing products for the RA9 Series can download the available 3D files and begin development today.
