Important Warranty Service Update for Legacy MAC Pistols
At SDS Arms, standing behind the products we sell has always been a core part of our commitment to our customers. It is with genuine regret that we announce an important change regarding warranty coverage for legacy MAC pistol models.
Despite extensive efforts since October 2025 to obtain replacement parts, the end of our exclusive manufacturing agreement in February 2026 has left us unable to secure the proprietary components necessary. Alternative solutions were considered but were deemed not feasible due to the inability to meet our expectations of safety, reliability, and performance.
As a result, SDS Arms has made the difficult decision to provide limited support related to function and safety for the legacy MAC pistol models listed below. This change will take effect on July 1st, 2026.
We recognize that many customers purchased these firearms expecting long-term support from SDS Arms, and we sincerely regret that circumstances beyond our control have made it impossible for us to continue providing warranty coverage for defects in parts, materials, and workmanship for these legacy models.
If you have questions, please contact us and we will help determine the best options available. The manufacturer has also announced that they are willing to assist owners with defective products that SDS Arms is unable to support directly.
We remain committed to supporting our current product lines, including MAC shotguns, Inglis, Tokarev USA, and Spandau Arms products, and we continue to explore opportunities to strengthen the MAC pistol platform in the future. If new programs or support options become available for owners of these legacy models, we will communicate those updates as soon as possible.
