Its very easy to swap, works great. Unfortunately the thread protector is black on a chrome barrel.
Dropped right in, no need for adjustment,lubed, added suppressor and put 100 rounds through it. I will order one for my 1911 9mm
I purchased a Tisas replacement 5” threaded barrel for my 1911 A1 pistol. No issues with fitment were found, and the barrel performed as expected.
Bought this to put in my Tisas Duty Slide. Dropped in without issues and seems to fit well. Wanted a little bling so that’s why I went with the chromed barrel. Now just have to see how it shoots.

perfect drop-in fit, my factory barrel was a little tighter but I cant complain, still a tight replacement, just not as tight as somthing that was hand fit from the factory. great replacement, ships fast too. very happy.
